With her zesty European influences and her personal touches Chef @ Your Home owner, Lisa Cornish has redefined term “Personal Chef”. She first learned to cook the old fashioned way taking culinary tips as little girl from her Sicilian Grandmother. Growing up she eagerly traded storybooks for cookbooks wanting to learn everything she could about what began as a passion and became her profession.

Since those humble beginnings Chef Lisa has become a leader in her industry having served up her delicacies to celebrities including Wayne Newton, Roseanne Bar, Rick Springfield and Vince Neil to name a few. She has also staged elaborate meals for companies like Bally Technologies and MGM-Mirage in Las Vegas. She is also quick to give back, donating her efforts for charities like The Governor’s Ball and Dress for Success.

Chef Lisa has appeared as a guest chef on many television programs and she regularly teachesculinary classes. She’s been a Celebrity guest judge for culinary competitions and she was voted “The Most Innovative Chef 2008″ in Las Vegas.While in New York City, she was commissioned to showcase her Pastry expertise and create a cake that would appear in a worldwide publication entitled Big Birthdays by David Tutera. Later, Chef Lisa went on to head-up a popular café in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Her expertise in the industry proved successful as the café’ was named “Best New Hot Spot” in Lower Manhattan!
