Saturday January 26, 2013 – Las Vegas NV
- 12pm Noon – You'll be picked up via luxury limousine from a common meeting point in Las Vegas NV and taken to an exclusive private venue where your hangout with Nick begins
- 12:20pm – Arrive at venue and participate in a festive wine or sprits tasting session as you await Nick's arrival
- 1:00pm – Meet Nick one on one! No need for cell phone pics, you'll get a professional photo of the two of you along with a personalized autograph in a beautiful frame.
- 1:45pm – Move to the performance area where Nick will play your favorite songs in a setting so intimate, you'll feel like you're in your living room.
- 2:15pm – You, Nick and just a total of 12 others sit down to an exquisite, gourmet meal together! Remember you’ll get the best available seating at the dinner and at the show according your final ranking in the auction!
After your dream hangout with Nick, you'll be transported back to your common pickup point in Las Vegas via luxury limousine.

Will you be one of the lucky 10? The auction opens Saturday December 8, 2013 at 5pm EST and closes on Sunday December 16, 2013 at 5pm EST.
Bidding starts at $1500 per person and can be increased in $100 increments or any multiple thereof. All bids are time stamped so that in the event of a tie the higher ranking goes to the bid that was placed first. You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid credit card or Paypal account to participate. Participants in the auction must first register as a user on www.hangwiththeband.com (free) then pay a one-time $10 activation fee to place a bid. Transportation to and from Las Vegas as well as hotel accommodations are not included in this this package. The limousine ride to the event with Nick in this auction is soley for the number one paying bidder in the Final Rankings (one spot in the limo). It consists of a one way trip to the venue from a meeting point in Las Vegas designated by Hang With the Band, with Nick Carter, up to 2 other fans designated by Hang With the Band and the persons traveling with Nick Carter. In the event that the winning bidder is bidding for more than one person in the auction then that bidder shall designate the one person from their party (must be18 years or older) to participate in this part of the event. That participant will also be transported back to the common meeting point in Las Vegas via limousine with all the other attendees after the event. While the higher your final ranking in the auction the better your placement will be at the dinner table and at the acoustic show, note that the two spots at the dinner table immediately to the left and to the right of Nick Carter are not available. Exact itinerary times are subject to change. All participants will receive a final itinerary in advance of the event. All auctions and events are subject to the Hang With the Band Terms of Use.

After meeting Nick, you and just a few other fans will move to the performance area where you'll be treated to a private concert experience by Nick unlike any other. Those who were at last January's birthday hangout will tell you it's a spine tingling, jaw dropping, interactive show in a venue so intimate you'll feel like he's in your living room!
Gourmet Meal with Nick
On the afternoon of Saturday January 26, 2013 you, Nick and just a total of 12 others sit down to an exquisite, gourmet meal together! Really get to know him over a fun and light hearted lunch that will be capped off with a (shhhh it's a surprise) Birthday cake celebration. Remember the higher your final ranking in the auction, the better your seating placement for the available spots at the dinner table and at the acoustic show.
